Furnish all materials, labor, and necessary items for the rehabilitation and construction of lift stations, sanitary sewer pipes, manholes, cleanouts, storm sewer pipe, drop inlets, and other related appurtenances as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bids shall be submitted on the furnished bid forms on a lump sum price basis using the two envelope system. Envelope #1 will contain the required bid documents, and Envelope #2 will contain only the bid form and bid schedule. A five percent Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. QA date - 10-24-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
