The intent of this project is to hire a contractor to repair water infiltration, expansion joints and concrete cracks, and to apply new traffic coatings in Garages A and B at Dallas Love Field Airport. This is to maintain and enhance the functionality, durability, safety, and visual appeal of the garages. The project requires phasing to allow construction activities without interrupting garage operations. Main features include removing and replacing expansion joints, repairs to water infiltration, installing new traffic coats, providing thermal and moisture protection, and repairing concrete cracks. Bids are required to be submitted electronically via the specified website by the stated deadline; hard copy submittals are not permissible. A proposal bond for five percent (5%) of the greatest amount proposed is required with the bid proposal.
