Site work for a water / sewer project in Raceland, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of Lafourche Parish, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of Lafourche Parish Liquidated damages shall be assessed for every day beyond the date of completion, as established in the Supplementary / Special Conditions, in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per consecutive calendar day. The Housing Authority of Lafourche Parish reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause in accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Law.
