Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
The City of St. George is requesting proposals for the construction of a new 8,000 SF Laboratory and Pretreatment Building at the St. George Regional Water Reclamation Facility. The work includes all trades necessary for a complete building, including civil work, concrete, masonry, electrical, HVAC, and related components. Questions Due Date: Oct 21st 2025, 2:00 PM MDT Questions Online Portal Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, naming the City of St. George as obligee. This bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City. A 100% performance - labor and materials bond will also be required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the city.
