Contract 1: Clean & CCTV Sewer Lines. Contract 2: Sewer Manholes Rehabilitation Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for providing the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and pipes, televising and cleaning of pipes as specified. Contractor shall perform this Work at multiple Milwaukee County locations including Milwaukee County Parks, Milwaukee County Grounds, Community Reintegration Center (formerly HOC), and General Mitchell International Airport. Milwaukee County project bid summary results will be posted on the online. Milwaukee County web site at online. Bid summary results may be available a few hours following the Bid Due Date time. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker Labor Compliance software. (see Bid Documents for RESIDENCY PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS). All bidders must meet the minimum software requirements of the bidding website and be able to view, enter, scan and upload PDF files to submit a bid. For further information contact 414-309-7163. Bidders Who Submit a Bid Shall Obtain Documents and Be a online of Record At online Bids From Bidders Who Are Not on the Plan Holders List Will Be Rejected As Being Non-responsive. Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation goal for this project is 25 percent. Contract 1 will not require TBE participation. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT ALL REQUIRED TBE-14 / DBE-14 FORMS SHALL BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY PRIME AND SUBMITTED AS INDICATED IN INVITATION TO BID. PRIME CONTRACTORS SHALL BE QUALIFIED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A BID IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 43 OF MILWAUKEE COUNTY ORDINANCE Bidder's attention is called to the "Notice of Requirements for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity" (Executive Order 11246), contained in the Bid Documents, which set forth, in part, goals and timetables for the employment of women and minorities in the project area. Bidders shall submit the completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry with the Bid. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Substantial Completion Date: May 31, 2026. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. The Target Enterprise participation goals for this project are as follows: Contract 1: Sanitary Sewer CCTV / Televising - 0% TBE Contract 2: Sewer Rehabilitation - 20% TBE Question Deadline 10/03/2025 Architect/Engineer shall receive requests for clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents in writing at least seven days before Bid Due Date time.
