**As of November 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Base Bid: Rehabilitation of an existing, permanent public water supply well, Valley Street Well, at 100 Valley Street. The liner has separated at approximately 40 feet below ground surface. Rehabilitation will involve removal and replacement of the existing well liner, including but not limited to removal of existing small-diameter airline, bailing of sediment or other debris, disinfection of new well materials and associated bacteriological sampling, and final pump procurement and installation. The contractor is required to provide a 1-year 10% maintenance bond along with P&P bonds. The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, public safety equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the liner as set forth in these documents. To be considered for this work, bidders must have current Texas Well Driller and Business licenses, and must also have the appropriate General Contractor license required by the State.
