Tri-County Joint Municipal Authority is requesting bids for the construction of the Richeyville Tank Replacement, Contract Nos. 2025-02A & 2025-02B. The project consists of the construction of a 0.4 MG spheroid elevated water storage tank, a 10" ductile iron water transmission main, and appurtenances. The expected project duration is 600 days. Bids will be received electronically. Contractors must pay prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry, must not discriminate based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap, and must comply with the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. All steel products used or supplied in the performance of the contract or any subcontracts must be from steel made in the United States. The owner reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty days after the bid due date, except as otherwise provided by law.
