There are no documents. It will have to be measured and bid by interested contractors. The scope of work includes the following items for the renovation and upgrades of the Jess Adkins Gymnasium: prep and paint all bleachers with burgundy color; prep and paint the concrete area under bleachers and steps with epoxy grey with black fleck; prep and paint all hand railings around the bleachers on the inside with burgundy; prep and paint outside hand railings, posts, and awning in the front entrance with burgundy; prep and paint doors to locker rooms and all doors to under bleacher storage areas with burgundy and repair to ensure doors will close and lock; repair and refinish doors on both sides of the stage and storage area beside the stage and ensure doors close and lock; replace three double doors on the interior side of the gym leading to the hallway, prep and paint with burgundy along with all hardware to ensure doors close and lock; repair or replace two exterior entrance doors from circle drive, prep and paint with burgundy along with all hardware to ensure doors close and lock; repair or replace interior doors connecting gym to cafeteria, prep and paint burgundy along with all hardware to ensure doors close and lock; install vinyl floating floor in four entrance ways over existing tile and include the cost of the vinyl floating floor; paint brick walls in front of the bleachers and bleacher area with grey paint; install vinyl siding on ends of bleachers to cover sheet rock; install mats around the front of stage, beneath both bleacher areas, and along the front entrance between both entrance doors (mats will be supplied); include cost of labor, materials, and landfill except for mats. Sealed bids are required.
