Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is seeking a general contractor for BP022 Gym Renovations. Scope of Work FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution as well as addition/renovation scope at four (4) Elementary School campuses (BP022). The scope of work also includes but not limited to: o Hunters Glen ES: New Gym addition and associated MEP scope and site improvements, including relocation of existing swings. Renovation of existing Gym/ELP building. Interior renovations (paint, wall covering). o Palmer ES: New Gym addition and associated MEP scope and site improvements, including improvements at Hardtop Play surface (Restriping, Shade Cover Renovations). Install new Lower-level Playground and provide metal roof canopy. Provide irrigation around the main building perimeter. Renovation of existing Gym/ELP building. Interior renovations (paint, floor + wall covering). o Ridgegate ES: Renovation of existing Gym/ELP building to New Gymnasium space. Interior lighting and lighting controls upgrades at existing building. Interior renovations (paint, wall coverings) + (replace casework at select classrooms). o Rosa Parks ES: Install new Lower-level Playground and provide metal roof canopy at new and existing playgrounds.
