Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 118,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Scope of work consists of a campus-wide multi-system renovation including sitework throughout the campus with approximately 118,000 SF of construction under roof on a 19.69-acre site. Renovation includes but is not limited to: temporary facilities, site utility locates, temporary power and water, temporary access roads and parking areas, temporary fencing, miscellaneous site demolition of temporary classroom structures and MEP, building selective interior demolition of furnishings, concrete floors, masonry and framed walls, new openings, doors, frames and hardware, casework, finishes, ceilings and flooring, and MEP work. Site utilities include storm, sewer, water, fire sprinkler, irrigation, emergency power, new site lighting. Site work includes a fire access road, minor grading and drainage, concrete paving, mill and overlay of existing parking lot, signage, fencing, foundations, masonry and brick work, precast concrete, pavilion and covered play area, new shade structure, walkways and canopies, bollards, dumpster enclosure, basketball courts, playground fall protection, landscaping and irrigation. Building renovations include delegated design where indicated, concrete and masonry, steel fabrication and installation, insulation, joint sealants and fire stopping, fire stopping inspector, metal roof and soffit work, roof coatings, doors, frames and hardware, glass and glazing, metal framed walls and drywall, acoustical and drywall ceilings, floor coatings, floor preparation, carpet and tile, painting, food service equipment, stage curtains, window treatments, casework and tops, Division 10 accessories, sound room and panels, HVAC ductwork and system cleaning, test and balance, MEPs and LV systems. MWBE, LBD and VBE trade contractors and suppliers are encouraged to participate.
