Description

Renovation of a military facility in Gagetown, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Camp Sustain Infrastructure project is aimed at modernizing and expanding mission capacity requirements for deployed military camps. The objective of this contract is to hire a Modified Design-Build team to undertake the following work in support of the Camp Sustain Infrastructure project at 5 CDSB Gagetown: Design and build a facility that will include an administrative and a training area, heated storage space for sea containers, maintenance and unloading areas along with the recapitalization of adjacent parking spaces. The exterior area will include outside sea containers storage and training space. Estimated Interior Gross Space - 3,166 m2 Estimated Exterior Gross Space – 4,527 m2 Parking Space Recapitalization Requirement – 4,523 m2 TIMELINE: Notice of advanced procurement has been posted. RFP for design-build expected to be issued January/February 2026, pending approvals by DND. Further update may be confirmed spring 2026 if no RFP has been issued.
