Site work for a water / sewer project in Centralia, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The selected civil engineering firm will be requested to perform one or more of the following services on a project basis. Respondents should indicate their expertise and experience in each of these areas. The final scope of work will be determined based on the Citys needs and the selected firms qualifications and ability to meet project deadlines. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFP/Q must be submitted in writing to Patty Page by October 10, 2025 at 10:00 am PST. Proposals and qualifications are requested from civil engineering consultants to complete all services for the design of the Mayberry Area Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension Project. The project will include water and sewer main extensions on Mayberry Road, Rancho Road, and Karla Court. The selected company will perform all required civil engineering design services for completion of the construction of the project. All required topographical surveys have been completed and will be provided to the selected firm. The consultant must complete all work in accordance with all state funding requirements. Proposal submittal instructions are available upon request. Submit three copies of your proposal, clearly labeled for the City Engineer. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on categories outlined in the proposal submittal document. The City reserves the right to amend or withdraw the RFP/Q at any time.
