A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of the work includes the selective renovations of the school's water distribution system including the removal and replacement of all non-filtered drinking water stations and fixtures with new filtered water stations and fixtures compliant with the Clean Drinking Water Access Act 154 of 2023. This work is required to be completed by June 30, 2026. Bidders must deliver two complete copies of bids in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled with the bid title, date, and time of the bid opening, to the Business Services Office. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. All bids must include: a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the bidder's owners or employees and any member of the Board of Education or Superintendent; a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance regarding the Iran Economic Sanctions Act; and a certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to Warren Consolidated Schools in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. For bids exceeding $50,000, a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond are required. Bids must fully comply with the instructions, published specifications, drawings, and contract documents, and the bid price must include all costs. This is a prevailing wage project.
