The Project Build renovation is an office upfit of approximately 4,900 sq. ft. in a previously occupied retail space. The new configuration will include private office space, cubicles, a conference room, break area and other supporting features. Completed pre-qualification packages must follow the instructions and be provided on the required forms. All interested parties are advised that the prequalified bidders list will be finalized & made available via the issuance of a project addendum no less than 10 days prior to bid.
