The scope includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, concrete, and roofing work. The replacement of the existing gas water heaters in Room 155 and the reconnection of the new domestic hot water heating system to the existing system should happen during the kitchen's nonoperation hours, usually after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and over the weekends.
