Sealed bids are invited for BROADBAND STOCK MATERIAL. Bids must be delivered at the vendor’s sole risk as per the instructions. BrightRidge is not required to accept late bids or any resulting costs. Exceptions in quotations must be supported by documentation and will be evaluated for determining the successful vendor. BrightRidge reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to reject inconsistent or unrealistic prices, to waive informalities or irregularities, to negotiate terms, and to accept any quotation deemed in the best interest of BrightRidge. Preparation costs will not be reimbursed, and BrightRidge may withdraw the request at its sole discretion. Quotations may be held for up to sixty days for evaluation purposes and must remain effective during that time. Each quotation constitutes an offer to sell the requested goods or services. The award is made by executing a mutually agreed contract.
