Sealed bids are invited for large diameter sewer exams located in the area bounded by W. Oklahoma Ave. to W. Keefe Ave. and S. Delaware Ave. to N. 55th St. All work must be completed by June 5, 2026, with a continuous schedule allowing for 100 work days. Liquidated damages are set at $500 per diem. The project has a 40% residency requirement for all hours worked, with one quarter of those hours for residents from specified zip codes. The SBE (Small Business Enterprise) requirement is 0% of the contract base bid, but a completed SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) and SBE certificates must be submitted with the bid or the bid will be rendered unresponsive.
