Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Site and civil work associated with minor revisions to existing parking area, upgraded ADA-compliant access routes, and construction of a new prefabricated pavilion structure, installation of new pedestrian bridge, renovation and connection of the existing loop trail, and development of a new community garden area. The project will include associated grading, paving, utility adjustments, planting, and irrigation system installation. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable hard copy bid bond payable without recourse to the City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a payment bond, and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the award.
