Summary It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to enter into a contract for Milham Park-Portage Creek Stream Restoration. It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor or general contractor to provide all direction, management, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform the Milham Park-Portage Creek Stream Restoration as specified herein.
