Reference Number 0000399935 Rock Hill HS Auditorium HVAC Replacement Furnish and install two replacement 15-TR Split System Head Pump Units. Question Acceptance Deadline 10/07/2025 12:00 PM EDT Performance Bond 100 % SCOPE OF WORK Furnish and Install two replacement 15-TR Split System Heat Pump Units. The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, materials and labor to perform the demolition, removal, installation, start-up and check-out of two (2) replacement, 15-TR split system heat pump units. The scope of work includes the following: Demolition & Removal: 1) Disconnect existing electrical, controls, refrigerant piping, and duct connections from both indoor and outdoor units. 2) Remove and dispose of two outdoor condensing units (CU-16 and CU-17). 3) Remove and dispose of two indoor air handling units (AH-16 and AH-17) 4) Properly recover refrigerant from the existing systems in accordance with EPA regulations. Installation: 1. Furnish and Install new outdoor condensing units of same or better capacity and performance. 2. Furnish and Install new indoor air handling units of same or better capacity and performance onto the second-floor mezzanine. 3. Flush and clean the existing refrigerant line sets prior to reconnection to ensure compatibility with the new system.
