Base Bid: Replacement restroom facility to meet BFE in a V-Zone, ADA and compliance with all codes and standards. Under utilities, sanitary sewer and domestic water connections and lines within the footprint of the building. Domestic water includes the tap into the existing main line and piping on the utility's side of the water meter. Sanitary sewer scope includes the tap into the existing line, piping from the line to the curb of the public street. All required earthwork and removal/replacement of existing paving required to construct each connection. A.
