PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PLANNING, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR A NEW COMMUNITY CENTER AT 35 MONTGOMERY STREET, CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, NY 3. October 28, 2025 at 3:00 pm. 4. Proposers must submit one (1) original, plus three (3) copies, plus one (1) copy on USB flash drive (as a single pdf document) of their Proposal, unless otherwise stated in the specifications. The original must be clearly marked. No Proposer may withdraw a proposal within ninety (90) days after the actual date proposals are due.
