Red Oak Creek Regional Water System Proposal Package 1 - Peak Flow Storage Tanks Package 1 is exclusively for the two Peak Flow Storage Tanks No. 2 & 3 as identified further in the Proposal Form in Project Documents. Work of this Project generally includes expansion of the Red Oak Creek Regional Water System from 6.0 MGD to 12.0 MGD. The project will include two Phases, Phase 1 Expansion from 6.0 to 8.0 MGD is needed as the first priority, followed by Phase 2 Expansion from 8.0 to 12.0 MGD. More specifically, the Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of the following: PHASE 1 1. Add 2ea Peak Flow Storage Tanks (7MG each), including yard piping, odor control system, electrical, instrumentation and controls. 2. Expand existing Aeration Basin 1C to match existing Train 2 operation. 3. Add a 7.5 MGD pump at Lift Station No. 2 inlcuding connection to existing header, piping and valves. 4. Add a WAS tank mixer to the existing tank. PHASE 2 1. Add a new Administration/Lab Building adjacent to the existing building 2. Add a new influent coarse screen facility and all necessary underground utility modifications 3. Replace the existing pumps in the influent pump station to increase the firm capacity from 15 MGD to 42 MGD 4. Add a third drum screen and a third grit removal unit 5. Add additional aeration basin (new trains) and secondary clarifiers 6. Add clarifier influent and effluent splitter box 7. Add new filtration facility to handle a capacity up to 42 MGD 8. Add new UV disinfection to handle a capacity up to 42 MGD
