This solicitation is for the Installation of Owner Supplied Generators and ATS's. Scope of Work: The work will consist of Standby Power - FEMA Grant 2026 Implementation, including unloading and installation of one (1) Owner supplied "Fixed" 125 kW generator, one (1) Owner Supplied "Fixed" 80 kW generator, one (1) Owner Supplied "Fixed" 45 kW generator, one (1) Owner supplied 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch, one (1) Owner supplied 150 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch, one (1) Owner Supplied 100 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch, Contractor supplied PVC conduit, Contractor supplied Rigid Conduit (RMC), Contractor supplied electrical wiring, any concrete incasement if required at the Moss Spring location., connections , conduits, wiring, switches, panels, receptacles and necessary mounting materials. Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will not be held. Questions: All questions must be submitted electronically to the Engineer no later than December 8, 2025. All bonds must be executed by a surety licensed in Georgia and accompanied by a valid Power of Attorney. The successful bidder is required to provide both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded Contract amount. Funding: This project is funded by FEMA, requiring compliance with federal procurement standards (2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Guidance), and the specifications contained in the bidding document Late submissions will not be accepted or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is delivered on time to the designated address above. Reservation of Rights: The City of Emerson reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities or informalities, and delay the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening, during which time bids shall remain valid and may not be withdrawn.
