Reference Number 0000399979 Purchase Type Term: 11/18/2025 08:00 AM EST - 06/26/2026 04:00 PM EDT The City of Sterling Heights will receive sealed bids for East Hampton Storm Station Rehabilitation Aew Project No. The approximate quantities involved in this work together with related site, electrical and mechanical work are as follows: Renovate Pump Station Wet Well - East Hampton 1 Lump Sum Modify Electrical Service and Controls 1 Lump Sum Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Surety Bond 100 % A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Sterling Heights, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 at 3:30 PM ET Questions are submitted online No No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. The City of Sterling Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. substantially completed on or before June 5, 2026 and will be completed and ready for final payment on or before June 26, 2026
