Sealed bids are requested for Lick Creek WWTP Centrifuge Building Repairs for the City of College Station. The project is located at the Solids Handling Building of the Lick Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 14802 Rock Prairie Rd, College Station, TX 77845. Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace ("Bidding Portal"). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is Tuesday, October 7, 2025 @ 2:00 PM. CT. 1.1. Description of Work A. The City of College Station has solids handling building that requires repair of the exterior east wall and appurtenances. Additionally, decommissioned equipment must be removed while the repairs are underway. B. The project is located at the Solids Handling Building of the Lick Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 14802 Rock Prairie Rd, College Station, TX 77845. C. It shall be the responsibility of the bidders to carefully inspect the site to ascertain the quantity of surface preparation, necessary repairs and coating required in accordance with these contract specifications. The information on the structure provided in the Engineer's Report of Inspection is general in nature and should not be relied upon to determine bid quantities or other bidding factors. D.
