Renovation of a multi-residential development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The scope of work includes construction and rehabilitation services, specifically HVAC, window, and roof replacement services. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Bidders are instructed to deliver purchased items or services, as well as any additional required documents, to the designated location at 340 N. 11th Street, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89101, addressed to Linda P. Simpson in the Contracts & Purchasing department. Further instructions regarding bid deadlines and delivery requirements are provided. Question Deadline 11/05/2025 at 1:00 PM PT All questions and answers must be submitted in writing to online. All questions must be emailed to: Linda P. Simpson Contracts Administrator, General Contractor shall provide labor, materials and equipment as required for H VACs, windows and roof replacement services of Sartini Plaza Housing Development at the following service site stated in Section 2.2. All work to be provided shall be pursuant to the Specifications and Scope of Work as described within this IFB Package and any additional Addenda.
