The City of Irving is soliciting bids for a contract to remove and replace the hardwood ballroom dance floor at the Heritage Crossing Senior Center. The objective is to provide a high-quality, finished, and upgraded ballroom floor to enhance the experiences of patrons participating in recreation classes, activities, and programs. The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the floor per the specified standards (or an approved equal), including all necessary appurtenances to complete the project. This project is funded in whole or part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and is subject to all applicable federal rules and regulations, including Davis Bacon Wage Rates and Section 3, if applicable.
