Renovation of an educational facility in Louisburg, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Single prime bids are solicited for a project that consists of replacing two 130-ton air-cooled chillers and replacing two oil-fired cast iron boilers (approximately 1,500 MBH each) along with their respective primary pumps. The entire hot water and chilled water systems must be drained and all existing piping flushed. Water treatment should be provided to return both loops to the appropriate chemical balance.
