Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Live Oak, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,600-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; 2,400-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.

As of November 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Project is described as follows: Upgrades and improvements to their facility located at 7990 Pat Booker Road in San Antonio, Texas. The project will include a 2,600 sq. ft Network Operations Center (NOC) addition to Building 7990 and a 2,400 sq ft Warehouse addition to Building 7982. The existing NOC building appears to be a single-story building with concrete tilt-up exterior wall panels. The technology warehouse and facility planning buildings consist of single-story pre-engineered metal buildings. Each Bidder shall be capable of furnishing payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. The Surety Company providing the bonds must be approved for the amount of the bonds by applicable laws of the State of Texas and by Owner and licensed to do business in the State of Texas. samples of activated certificates of insurance and payment or performance bonds for other projects issued to the business entity or person by the same companies that business entity or Owner proposes to use on the current project if awarded. If the certificates and bonds tendered are not issued by the insurers, sureties or other companies which the party submitting proposes to use on the project being bid, that fact must be stated in the response, the name and contact person within the local insurance agency issuing the current bonds and insurance must be provided and a right afforded the Owner to request information which it in its sole discretion deems necessary to make a decision be provided. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in an automatic disqualification. Failure by the local agency issuing current bonds and insurance to timely provide information will result in automatic disqualification. All questions concerning this Proposal must be received no later than 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD Public Purchase site. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered. : A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form. PREVAILING WAGE: The wages paid for this Project are to be prevailing and standard wages for this area and comply with the minimums that must be paid to be in conformance with all applicable laws of the State of Texas. The contract shall commence on the date of the Notice to Proceed and remain in force until the project is completed which is anticipated to take 322 of calendar days. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work.
