Renovation of a retail development in White Settlement, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
CONTRACTS MUST BE SIGNED WITHIN (10) DAYS OF AWARD FAILURE TO DO SO WILL NECESSITATE AWARDING CONTRACT TO NEXT LOWEST BIDDER. DATE. All applicable references to Basic General Specifications are incorporated into this document. Specific Specifications are provided for items not covered in the Basic General Specifications. Contractor will furnish labor, materials, tools, machinery, and supervision necessary to perform the specified work required in connection with his bid. Implied work, work specified and not shown on drawing or drawn and not specified will be executed as if fully described in both ways; and any work or materials which are not directly noted in the specifications or drawings but are necessary for the performance of the obvious intentions thereof are to be understood as implied work and will be provided for by the contractor in his proposal as fully as if specifically described or drawn. Home Built In 1985 Lead Risk Assessment Not Required Contractor is Responsible for Any Environmental Review or Inspection Fees ROOF Pitch Roof Area (see slab measurements). Remove all existing roofing down to deck. (Includes all layers down to decking). Patch deteriorated decking up to 100 sqft and over hang (to include rafter tails). Install new 30 year fiberglass shingle roof (approx. 32 sq), equal to or better than Owen-Corning "Classic Plus" with new drip edge flashing and valleys over #15 felt. Replace all pluming vent jacks. Remove/Replace three (3) existing roof jacks to flue pipes. Install three (3) solar powered vent fans in a manner that is not visible from thee right of way.
