FY2026 Street Overlay Project Question Deadline 10/13/2025 Please refer all questions or comments in writing to Meghan VanMeter, Procurement Manager, purchasing@bgky.org. The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, and to select that bid which it determines to be in its best interest. The award of this bid will be made on the basis of the Lowest Bid Price as permitted in KRS 45A.365. The City of Bowling Green, KY is soliciting bids for the overlay of approximately twelve (12) miles of streets throughout the City of Bowling Green, as budget permits. Portions of this project will require additional rehabilitation prior to the overlay capping. The scope of this contract shall include, but is not limited to, milling, paving, striping, and replacing handicap ramps. All millings shall be property of the City of Bowling Green (see special instructions). All work is as listed in Table 1, pages 13-15. There are approximately twenty-seven (27) handicap ramps to be replaced prior to overlay of the adjacent street(s). A map of handicap ramps and paving locations will be provided to the successful respondent.
