All prospective offerors shall have a Hawai'i State Contractor's License Type "A" or "B" or Specialty License C-31 PRIOR to submittal of proposals. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled. Wailua Golf Course Cart Path for the Department of Parks and Recreation, Wailua Golf Course, County of Kauai The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any or all offers in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Question Deadline 03/25/2026 All questions and request for clarifications shall be submitted through the Public Purchase system In general, the Department ofParks and Recreation is seeking a new cart path that will protect the condition ofthe golf course and provide a safe path for golfers and cart users, as well as lessen the wear and tear on the golf carts. New design ofthe cart paths shall follow the same footprint ofthe existing paths. It is the expectation of the Department of Parks and Recreation that proposals submitted contain design for new cart paths, demolition of existing cart paths and construction of new cart paths within the entire golf course area. Total project budget is $1,601,200.00
