Sealed bids are sought for Contract SLF-40-25, titled '2026 Miscellaneous Services-Landfill Cap Liner Miscellaneous Repair Services.' All bid documents can be downloaded after completing vendor registration at www.cmcmua.com or by contacting the Authority via email. Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope, clearly marked with the contract name and number, and the bidder's name and address. Bids may be hand delivered to the CMCMUA using the drop box at the administration building or submitted by certified mail or overnight delivery. The Authority will not be responsible for bids received after the designated time and date, and such late bids will be returned unopened. Members of the public may observe the unsealing and announcement of bid contents at the administration building or via YouTube livestream. Bid documents will be available for inspection after all scheduled openings. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Authority may reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2.
