Renovation of a laboratory facility in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Contractor (Supplier) shall provide and be responsible for the supply of all the materials, labour, equipment to complete the mechanical and electrical upgrades to the Clean Lab at the Horticultural and Environmental Sciences Innovation Centre (HESIC) Greenhouse at the College's Daniel J. Patterson Campus located in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Anticipated construction start date: November 3, 2025. Substantial performance: December 12, 2025.
