Description

Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Cortland, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the City will select one qualified professional firm (consultant) to provide engineering design, bidding, and construction support services for the Randall Park Restroom Renovation & Pavilion Project. This project is in part funded by a grant from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation through Title 9 of the Environmental Protection Act of 1993 with a budget of $68,019 for design and $63,070.00 for administration. Total construction budget is $850,241.
