Site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Hartford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; 14,936-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The project consists of a wood framed addition to the existing clubhouse, providing a new multi-purpose space, additional clubhouse area, offices, and two rooms to house two year-round golf simulators. The addition includes a basement area, minor site revisions, and re-roofing of the existing clubhouse. All work shall be substantially completed to Washington County's satisfaction. Bids must be submitted electronically using the provided bid forms, and partial bids are not allowed unless stated otherwise. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for a firm's bid to be considered. Bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the bid amount is required. The accepted bidder must also furnish a Performance/Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. All bidders must be experienced in this type of work and submit a Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and three references of similar projects completed within the past 3 years. Washington County reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and cancel contracts for non-compliance with terms, conditions, and specifications.
