Independent School District No. 2365, Gibbon, Minnesota, is presently soliciting a competitive "Prime Contract Bid" for Gibbon, Fairfax, Winthrop Public Schools ISD #2365 New PK-12 School in Gibbon, MN specifically for a trail extension package. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner.
