Site work for an educational facility in Waynesville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade educational facility.
Haywood County Schools is seeking qualifications from qualified design firms to assist the School System in the preparation and development of plans and documents for the 28 acre parcel located at 237 Ratcliff Cove Road. The School System has already completed a masterplan for the property, which contemplates several auxiliary services that may occupy the site. The first step will include the preparation of mass grading, erosion control, storm drainage, utility extensions or relocations, and other accompanying documents and permitting to facilitate the bidding and construction of an early site package for the proposed development. Responding firms should be able to demonstrate significant, relevant experience in the preparation of site development plans, specifications, and permitting experience with the relevant authorities having jurisdiction.
