Requirement Contract for Maintenance Painting of Apartments- Kingsborough Houses & Kingsborough Extension, Located in Brooklyn Neighborhood (BK05), Brooklyn. No Bid Security Required. Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of Three (3) years with the option to extend, at NYCHA's sole discretion, for up to two (2) one-year renewals. Contract Award Limitations: NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Eleven (11) requirement contracts for Maintenance Painting of Apartments-Development Specific pursuant to RFQ#s: 515756- Brownsville Houses, 515757-Langston Hughes Houses,515758-Seth Low/Glenmore Houses Consolidated, 515759- Tilden Houses, 515760- Van Dyke Houses, 515761- Woodson/Van Dyke II Houses, 515762-Brevoort Houses, 515763- Howard Houses, 515764-Kingsborough Houses /Kingsborough Extension,515765- Marcus Garvey/Brown and 515766-Ocean Hill/ Saratoga Houses, (or this "Bid Series"). Limiting Award Provision: NYCHA has determined that it is in the best interest of NYCHA to award only one (1) of the Requirement contracts in this Bid Series to the lowest responsive, responsible individual Contractor, subject to the award limiting language ("Step 1"). Subject to NYCHA's responsive and responsibility determinations of the Bidder and the award limiting language set forth herein, to the extent there are other Requirement contracts in this Bid Series that are not yet awarded after Step 1, NYCHA, in its sole and absolute discretion, may award up to One (1) additional contract(s) to a Contractor or Contractors that has, pursuant to Step 1, been awarded the maximum number of contracts in this Bid Series ("Step 2").
