Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: installation of concrete sidewalks, planting, irrigation, and pavilion structure at the Northgrove Amenity Center Bids are requested for the Northgrove Amenity Center Pavilion in Montgomery County, Texas. Bids should be addressed to Montgomery County MUD No. 137, Attention Board of Directors, and submitted via www.civcastusa.com. A bid bond amounting to 2% of the total bid is required with each submission. The successful bidder must provide payment, performance, and maintenance bonds acceptable to the owner. A pre-bid conference is not mandatory but highly recommended. Instructions for joining the pre-bid conference are included in the Invitation to Bidders. A. Unrestricted Use of Site: Contractor shall have full use of Project site for construction operationsduring construction period. Contractor's use of Project site is limited only by Owner's right to perform work or to retain other contractors on portions of Project. B. Condition of Existing Grounds: Maintain portions of existing grounds, landscaping, and hardscaping affected by construction operations throughout construction period.
