Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough Engineer and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid price. Bid packages can be obtained electronically at no charge or as hard copies for a fee. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442.
