Sealed proposals are requested for the 2ND BLVD DGLVR PROJECT involving installation of storm inlets, piping, rip rap lined drainage ditch, and under drain along 2nd Blvd. The project requires all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for completion. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough Engineer and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the bid price. Bid packages can be obtained electronically at no charge or as hard copies for a fee. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442. The awarded bidder must supply 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 100% Maintenance Bond. Liquidated damages apply at $500 per calendar day. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Bids may be held for up to sixty days for review and investigation of bidder qualifications.
