Renovation of an educational facility in Schaghticoke, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The project requires furnishing material and labor to complete the 2025 Capital Outlay, which includes renovations, for the Hoosic Valley Central School District. Bidders are to provide bids on a stipulated sum basis for the General Construction Work Prime Contract. Bid Security must be provided as indicated in the instructions. Bids must not include New York State sales or compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the work. Bidders are required to comply with the New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The district reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and/or to reject all bids without explanation. Bidding documents are available digitally and must be obtained following the specified procedures. All bids remain subject to acceptance for forty-five days following receipt.
