Renovation of an educational facility in Fairport, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes: Family and Consumer Sciences classroom renovations including finishes, ceilings and lighting Large Gymnasium air conditioning Cafetorium renovation, including air conditioning and demolition of stage to create large instruction space Fire alarm system upgrades Upgrades and replacement of original HVAC equipment Electrical panel replacement Building controls upgrades Public address (PA) and clock system upgrades Ventilation and air management updates As of October 10, 2025, this project is included in the pre-construction. The capital project has been approved. An architect and construction manager have been selected for the project. The projects are going to be completed through phases. Phase 1 bidding is estimated for January/March of 2027 and phase 2 bidding is estimated for October/November of 2027. Phase 1 construction is expect to start in March of 2027 and phase 2 construction is expected to start in December of 2027.
