Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stallings, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project will consist of: - Removal and replacement of all existing splash pad spheres with new play features. - Updates to existing plumbing and chlorination systems as needed to accommodate the new features. - Replacement and/or upgrades to pumps and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. - Coordination with Union County, NC, and all other applicable regulatory agencies to obtain all necessary permits for the project.
