As of December 8, 2025, project is awarded to EMERY SAPP AND SONS in the amount of. $234,899.92. The Scope of Work for the Base Bid includes full-depth digout and reconstruction of pavement on Moon Lane and Wolfe Lane, 2-inches of pavement mill and overlay on Buzan Lane, Moon Lane and Indian Lane, and a coal tar seal coat overlay on Indian Point Road from Harbor Lane to the north limits of the Vallage of Indian Point near John the Diver Trail, temporary lane dileneator tabs, double-center line and edge line pavement striping, all necessary traffic control, and all other incidental items. The Scope of Work for Bid Alternate 1 include 2-inches of pavement mill and overlay on John the Diver Trail, Ridge Lane and Bentree Lane, and double-center line striping on John the Diver Trail. The Scope of Work for Bid Alternate 2 includes 300 lineal feet of ditch regrading along Table Rock Circle. The Scope of Work for Bid Alternate 3 includes 15" RCP and 24" RCP storm sewer culverts on Indian Point Road, Indian Lane, Buzan Lane and Moon Lane. All bid alternates include other incidental items and all work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
