The Project includes the following Work: The furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of a new 6,532 SF swimming pool bathhouse facility and related site work for the Municipality of Shaler Township. Doc note: Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents w not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above for $160.00 plus shipping. The Owner herby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
