The School Board of Sarasota County, Florida intends to establish a contract on an as needed basis for parts and repair services for variable frequency drives for all HVAC systems at locations owned and operated by the School Board. The bid prices shall include all labor, supervision, travel, fuel, tools, equipment, and materials delivered and installed for the contract period as specified herein. The Contractor must systematically examine, diagnose, repair, and/or replace all necessary parts to variable frequency drives on HVAC systems as requested by the authorized representative of the Facilities Services Department and as per manufacturer recommendations.
