The project involves the "SEIDLER FIELD BASKETBALL COURTS IMPROVEMENTS" for the City of Plainfield, Union County, New Jersey. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the specifications. The work generally consists of the removal of the existing basketball court pavement, installation of a new basketball court surface, and the purchase and installation of new basketball court equipment. Proposals must be made on the designated Standard Proposal Forms, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the work on the outside, and must be accompanied by all items identified in the Contract Documents, including a Statement of Consent of Surety from an authorized company and a bid guarantee (Proposal Security) for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid except that the guarantee need not exceed $20,000.00. An original and one USB or three copies with signatures of the entire bid package must be submitted.
