Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Matthews, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Samet Corporation with Brownstone, and Central Piedmont Community College will receive sealed bids from prequalified bidders for the Public Safety Training Facility Campus Project – Phase 1. Instructions to Bidders: Interested bidders who have not received an invitation to bid should contact the designated person via email. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this construction project. The Construction Manager and Owner reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities or irregularities in the bid process to accept bids in the best interest of the Owner or Construction Manager. Pre-qualification requirements: For prequalification, contact the individual listed by email. Only prequalified bidders may submit bids for this project.
